January Maintenance Update

Hi All,

From Hassan and Ahmed Rweany, there was 2035 LE left from the money that we collected from the towers for the water and electric bills and we are going to add it to the money we are collecting for this month to pay for the water and electric for February and to cover some of the old electric bills from the government.

I also attached a picture of the rest of the expenses until January.

hi every one,
this salary for the last month-this month we reduced the salary to be 5500 monthly-we also reduced the swiming bool salary to be 900 inst1200 during the winter months-we trying to do the best to our building.thanks all.

Hi all,
the garbage collection used to cost 660 LE per month and they even asked to get 10% more and they didn't come for more than 10 days to collect the garbage and that was first when i started to work in regency, i canceled the contract with them and now we do it our self and we just call the truck to come and collect it when ever we need it, last month it did cost only 210 LE and also we started to charge maestro restaurant 150 LE per month for the garbage collection, so last month costed use only 60 LE instead of 770,
also we have only 2 cleaners at the moment instead of 3 only during the winter, and we'll get 1 more in the summer,

Hi All , I notice from the bank statements that several people have not yet paid their maintenance for November 11 ,I know some people were having trouble with the UK account, re surnames etc., I have spoken to the bank here re. account , the details are

Thank you to everyone who has paid already. I have also spoken to some people who have fears regarding their maintenance money being spent unwisely , I would like to add that only 6 people have access to this account and the only money that has been withdrawn are the monthly running costs.
I have spoken to Mohammedand he is enjoying doing the job, things appear to be running smoothly, RT is looking good , we also spoke about a monthly newsletter for everyone to see what he has been doing, also for him to scan a copy of the bank statements every month for everyone to see where the money is being spent.
There have been some changes to the monthly bills , the security bill has been reducedd also the garbage collection etc., but I will leave that for Mohammed to explain to everyone.I hope this allays any fears anyone has.
